Overview
Returns are only accepted for misprinted, damaged, or defective items. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 21 days of receipt of the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on our part will be at our expense, only if they are misprinted, damaged, or defective items.
If you notice a problem with the products or anything else in the order, please submit a report from our contact page.
Exchanges
We do not accept any type of exchange in our store.
Incorrect Address
If you provide an address that is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipping costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed
Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
